Kayu Design Co. and its subcontractors will only gap fill the top of skirting boards.

Wall panelling

  • The installation of wall panels requires specialist adhesive and nails which leave holes in the panels. The filling and sanding of these holes is the responsibility of the assigned painter. The painter will also complete general gap filling.

Unless specifically stated, the removal and disposal of existing flooring, decking, furniture, sand, etc including offcuts of materials being installed is not the responsibility of Kayu Design Co.

Skip bin hire will be offered/arranged when quantity of waste requires it, otherwise offcuts will be cut small enough to dispose of in normal wheelie bins.
